Bacterial cell and Eukaryotic cell - Structure and function (Overview, Cell Wall, Cell membrane, Cytoplasm and components therein, Cytoskeleton and cell motility); pathogenic and non pathogenic protists; Basic introduction to plant cell and processes unique to plants. Introduction to various phylums in plant and animal kingdom.
